List of Prequalified Vendors:

The lists of prequalified vendors/suppliers have been finalized for the following items:(i) Seeds/Seedlings
(ii) Fertilizers
(iii) Agrochemicals/Veterinary Medicines and Supplies
(iv) Farm Machinery/Technology

Terms and Conditions:

1. The prequalification shall remain valid for a period of one (01) year effective from 01.02.2026, unless extended, modified, or withdrawn by KP-RETP. 

2. KP-RETP reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or withdraw the prequalification, or to blacklist any vendor/supplier, if:

• The performance of the vendor/supplier is found unsatisfactory;
• the quality of goods supplied to PFCOs does not conform to the required specifications or standards; or
• Any information or documents provided at the time of prequalification are found to be false, incorrect, misleading, or materially defective at any stage.

3. A non-qualified vendor/supplier shall have the right to seek clarification regarding deficiencies in its submitted documents by visiting the Project Management Unit (PMU), KP-RETP. In case the vendor/supplier is able to provide the required documents, to the satisfaction of the Evaluation Committee, within fifteen (15) days, it may be added to the list of prequalified vendors/suppliers accordingly. 

4. Prequalification of vendors/suppliers by KP-RETP does not confer any right, entitlement, or assurance that PFCOs/FOAHs shall procure goods exclusively or necessarily from any prequalified vendor/supplier.

5. Any procurement contract, purchase order, and related payment obligations shall be strictly between the PFCOs/FOAHs and the selected vendor/supplier. KP-RETP shall not be a party to such contracts and shall not assume any liability or responsibility, financial or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with such procurement, supply, performance, disputes, or payments.
